Returns & Exchanges

However, should you need to make a return, it will be effectively processed only when the request is submitted through the returns center within 14 days of receiving the package, and the package is received at our warehouse within 21 days.

 

1. Exchanges

Storets accepts refund requests only and we do not accept exchange requests.
If you wish to exchange your order, please make a return and place a new order.

2. Return Policy

  - Do you offer free returns?

  • Please note that return shipping fee is borne by the customer wishing to return the merchandise. 

  - Do you provide return labels?

  • Return labels are available exclusively for US customers.
  • For customers in other regions, return labels are not provided, and the responsibility for shipping costs and related customs duties rests with the customer.

      - Can I return discounted items?

      • Final Sale(Clearance sale) items are not eligible for return or exchanged.
      • Orders with promo code starting with "X" cannot be retuned or exchanged.  (i.e. XSAYAY).
      • To prevent resale and bulk returns after bulk purchase, in the case of products with price adjustments and price discounts (including use of discount codes), purchases are limited to 3 per person for all products, and orders may be canceled without prior notice. In addition, if the return rate (50% or more) is significantly high after bulk purchases, purchases within the service may be restricted without prior notice. If you would like to purchase in bulk, please contact us via cs@storets.com.

          - What are the conditions for returning an item(s)?

        1. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
        2. Items must be received through the return center within 14 days of delivery and arrive at our warehouse or office within 21 days..
        3. Merchandise must be in its original condition, without fragrance and make-up residue, unworn and unwashed.
        4. After refund, if the remained purchase amount does not meet the promotional requirements,  promotional gift must be returned.
        5. All tags must be in tact on all returned merchandise.
        6. Due to hygienic matters, items including but not limited to swimwear, bodysuits, sunglasses, bags, accessories, headbands, hats, underwear, hosiery, belts, footwear, socks - may NOT be returned or exchanged.
        7. Beauty products including but not limited to lips, eyes, skincare, mask packs are non-refundable if seal is broken.
        8. Home products including but not limited to blankets, candles, kitchen supplies, etc. should be in its original condition for a refund.

            - Why is my refund amount less/more?

          1. In circumstances where you request for a partial refund on an order placed with a promo code, and your revised subtotal does not meet the respective minimum amount, you will lose benefit of the promo code.
          2. If the total amount of order becomes under US$ 150 after returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. But please note that it will change to US$ 200 during the promotion period

                - $12 USD Flat Fee Returns 

              1. $12 USD Flat Fee Returns are valid in US customers.
              2. The $12 USD flat return & handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount from the original payment method. 
              3. Storets reserves the right to change terms and conditions and to withdraw this offer without prior notice. If there be any disputes, Storets’ decision is final.


                3. Procedure

                1. Please submit return request at https://storetscs.myreturnscenter.com/
                  Once we receive your return request, we will contact you via email to let you know how to return it.

                4. Refunds and Processing

                1. Refunds will be processed within approximately 1-2 business days after we received the returns.
                2. If the order does not meet the free shipping condition after returns, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
                3. Please keep the tracking number of return parcels.
                  Storets does not process refunds for items that have not arrived.

                5. Defect Items

                  - Claiming Defective Items

                1. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package.
                2. Clear images of the defects are required for our assessment. These images will also assist us in resolving the matter efficiently.  
                3. The merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Items must have no signs of damage caused by the customer.
                4. Items must be returned in their original packaging or an equivalent protective packaging to prevent any further damage during return shipping.

                  - Resolution Process

                1. Initiate a claim by submitting clear images of the defects or inaccuracies through the returns center at cs@storets.com.
                2. Our team will carefully assess the images and description provided in your claim to verify the defects or inaccuracies.
                3. Once your claim is verified, we will contact you via email to confirm the next steps in the resolution process.
                4. If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, you will have the option to exchange it for the same item without defects or inaccuracies. If the same item is not available, a refund will be processed.

                  - Important Notes 

                1. If a refund is made, it will be processed by the method of payment, and please note that it may take 7 to 10 days for the transaction between the credit card company and the bank to be completed.
                2. For swimwear, discoloration caused by lotion, sunscreen, oil and chlorine are not a manufacturing defect.
                3. Minor defects that do not significantly affect the function, overall appearance, or wear of the product are subject to a comprehensive review. Depending on the individual case, these minor defects may not be treated as defects, as they may not inherently impact the usefulness or value of the product.
                4. Storets reserves the right to decline claims if the provided images and description do not clearly demonstrate defects or inaccuracies.
