Storets accepts refund requests only and we do not accept exchange requests.
If you wish to exchange your order, please make a return and place a new order.
2. Return Policy
What are the conditions for returning an item(s)?
- Merchandise must be arrived at our warehouse or office within 15 days of delivery to you.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, without fragrance and make-up residue, unworn and unwashed.
- After refund, if the remained purchase amount does not meet the promotional requirements, promotional gift must be returned.
- All tags must be in tact on all returned merchandise.
- Due to hygienic matters, items including but not limited to swimwear, bodysuits, sunglasses, bags, accessories, headbands, hats, underwear, hosiery, belts, footwear, socks - may NOT be returned or exchanged.
- Beauty products including but not limited to lips, eyes, skincare, mask packs are non-refundable if seal is broken.
- Home products including but not limited to blankets, candles, kitchen supplies, etc. should be in its original condition for a refund.
Can I return discounted items?
- Any merchandise with an adjusted price may not be returned or exchanged.
- Orders placed with a promo code starting with "X" are non-refundable (i.e. XSAYAY).
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Why is my refund amount less/more?
- In circumstances where you request for a partial refund on an order placed with a promo code, and your revised subtotal does not meet the respective minimum amount, you will lose benefit of the promo code.
- Please note that original shipping charges will be applied to your refund amount should total after the refund not meet the $100 USD minimum condition for free shipping.
Do you offer free returns?
- Please note that return
shipping fee is borne by the customer wishing to return the merchandise.

Once we receive your return request, we will contact you via email to let you know how to return it.
4. Refunds and Processing
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we received the returns.
- If the order is not at least US $ 100 after refund, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
5. Defect Items.
- Defective or wrong items must be claimed, with images of the defects, within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
- For swimwear, discoloration caused by lotion, sunscreen, oil and chlorine are not a manufacturing defect.
