Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over USD $200.

For orders below USD $200, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chargeable weight of the shipment.

Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination, package weight and dimensions, remote-area surcharges, carrier requirements, and other delivery conditions.

Shipping Rates

For orders below USD $200, shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and chargeable weight of the shipment.

Chargeable weight may include either the actual weight or volumetric (dimensional) weight, as determined by the carrier.

The shipping charge displayed at checkout is an estimate based on the information available at the time of purchase. Additional charges may apply in certain circumstances, including remote or hard-to-service destinations, oversized or unusually heavy shipments, or carrier-specific requirements.

Certain destinations, territories, islands, remote areas, military addresses, and special administrative regions may be subject to different shipping rates, carrier restrictions, or additional charges.

Duties & Taxes

United States

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties are paid by STORETS.

Additional taxes, customs fees, or other charges may apply depending on local regulations and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International Orders

For destinations outside the United States, duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and other import charges may be assessed by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the order total unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

During sale periods, holidays, backorder situations, or other high-volume periods, processing and shipment may be delayed.

Some orders may require up to 2–3 weeks before shipment depending on product availability and order volume.

Backorder & Pre-Order Items

Certain items may be offered on a backorder or pre-order basis.

Orders containing backorder or pre-order items will be shipped once all items become available.

We are unable to split shipments without additional shipping charges. Customers who request multiple shipments may be required to pay additional shipping fees.

Estimated availability dates are provided whenever possible but are subject to change.

Shipping Carriers

STORETS primarily ships orders via DHL Express.

Depending on the destination, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions, alternative carriers may be used.

Address Changes

We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible to request order cancellation and place a new order using the correct shipping information.

Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

P.O. Boxes, APO & FPO Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

Remote Areas & Additional Charges

Certain remote or hard-to-service locations may incur additional shipping charges that cannot be accurately calculated at checkout.

If additional shipping fees are required to complete delivery, our customer service team will contact you before shipment.

Customers may choose to proceed with the additional charge or cancel the order for a full refund.

STORETS reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where shipping costs substantially exceed the amount collected at checkout.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For orders that qualify for free shipping, STORETS may deduct the actual shipping costs incurred from the refund amount when a return, cancellation after shipment, refused delivery, undeliverable shipment, or other customer-related issue results in shipping costs being charged to STORETS.

Shipping costs are determined based on the shipment's actual chargeable weight, applicable carrier rates, destination, and any additional carrier charges.

Actual shipping costs incurred by STORETS may therefore exceed the estimated shipping charge displayed at checkout, particularly for heavy or oversized shipments, remote destinations, or shipments subject to additional carrier fees.

Undeliverable & Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or becomes undeliverable due to customer-related reasons, including:

  • refusal of delivery;

  • failure to collect the package;

  • refusal to pay applicable customs charges;

  • providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address; or

  • failure to provide information required for customs clearance,

the order will be considered fulfilled.

In such cases, the order may not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.

If a refund is provided at STORETS's discretion, any shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, or other costs incurred by STORETS may be deducted from the refund amount.

This policy also applies to orders shipped to the United States where applicable import duties have been paid by STORETS.

Delivery Restrictions

While we strive to ship worldwide, certain destinations may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, sanctions, armed conflicts, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

STORETS reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered safely or reasonably.

In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded.
