Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide via DHL Express from South Korea.

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 4–8 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 3–8 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–8 business days

  • Other destinations: 5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties are covered by Storets.

For some international destinations, local VAT, GST, import taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before shipment.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

To request a return, please email cs@storets.com with your order number.


What items are non-returnable?

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Orders placed using promotional codes beginning with "X"

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery


Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

For the best fit, compare the garment measurements listed on the product page with a similar item you already own.
