Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order from Storets.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be free from fragrance, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of wear

  • Returns must be shipped back promptly after approval

  • Promotional gifts must also be returned if the remaining order no longer qualifies for the promotion

Storets reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance / Final Sale items

  • Orders placed using promotional codes beginning with “X”

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Underwear and hosiery

  • Beauty products with broken seals

  • Accessories, hats, belts, socks, and selected jewelry

  • Home goods and lifestyle products that are not in original condition

Certain promotional items may also be marked as final sale.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return your original item and place a new order separately.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees associated with the return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders that originally qualified for free shipping may become ineligible after a return. If a return causes the final order value to fall below the applicable free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please retain your return tracking information until your refund has been completed.

Storets is not responsible for returned packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.


5. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions by email.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


6. Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Storets reserves the right to deny refunds for items returned in unsuitable condition, items that do not comply with this policy, or returns received without prior approval.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos showing the issue

  • Your order number

Items claimed as defective must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

If the issue is confirmed, Storets will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please note:

  • Minor variations in stitching, loose threads, or slight color differences may not be considered defects

  • Damage caused by wear, washing, improper care, or external substances is not considered a manufacturing defect

  • For swimwear, discoloration caused by sunscreen, oils, chlorine, or lotions is not considered defective


8. Order Protection

Storets reserves the right to limit, reject, or cancel orders and returns suspected of abuse, fraud, excessive returns, or resale activity.
