Taxes & Customs Policy

- Customs duties may apply when shipping to countries outside the United States, and customs duties and other charges and fees are the customer's responsibility.

- We do not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issue by your government. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and it will not be calculated in checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.

- If the recipient declines to accept the shipment for any reason, the package will be considered abandoned and will either be discarded or returned. In case of cancellation, orders are non-refundable. In situations of forced return, an associated fee may apply.

- Once an order has been processed and leaves our facility, the order can no longer be cancelled.

 

Customs Clearance and Responsibility

- We are not responsible for any situations arising during customs clearance.
- Should any problems arise during customs clearance, we will notify the contact information provided during the ordering process. Any delays due to inaccurately provided information could result in the shipment being refused, and in such cases, we cannot be held responsible.

   

Lost or Damaged Packages

- It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and monitor its status. If delivery was made without signature in your favor, we cannot guarantee for the lost or damaged.

- Notifications about customs clearance will be sent to the contact information registered at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to incorrect contact information.

- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. Locating the package is the recipient's responsibility. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. 

 

Wrong Shipping Address

- It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have entered an incorrect shipping address. 

- If an incorrect address is provided and items are returned to us, customers will be responsible for return fees and any reshipment costs.

- If you opt not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges and return fees.

 

I need my order tomorrow! Is there an expedited option?

- We only offer one form of shipping that is already quite fast. Unfortunately, we do not offer next day or two day shipping.

- Normally, from the moment a shipment is dispatched, delivery will be made within an average of 3 - 7 business days. (shipping time estimations do not include any time possibly spent in customs)
