Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and exclusive discounts and special offers. You can sign up before you shop, or you can start browsing our website and set your account up when you check out. ID& Password are case sensitive. Please provide us your information in English alpahbet.
Purchase limit
There is no limit on your purchase. However, we have minimum purchase of $60 to benefit shipping discount of 50%. You can still purchase less than $60 with regular shipping fee applied.
If you would like to order less than $60, please contact storets stating the item you would like to purchase, we shall send you an invoice via paypal with regular shipping fee applied.
Shipping fee is depend on the weight of item and delivery region. You can see the shipping fee by adding your items on shopping cart and set the destination country.
Delivery
Orders will be collected from warehouse upon the receipt of cleared payment. This takes 24~72 working hours. In case of temporary out of stock, we normally restock the item in 2~3 working days but it can be delayed upto 1 week.
Once we have all items from one order, we dispatch the package and you will be received delivery confirmation email along with tracking number, which will allow you to track the package online. Delivery usually takes 2~5 working days from the day it is registered.
If the item is out of stock and no schedule to restock, we credit back to your account via paypal.
How to check out
Store your items on the shopping cart. Please check if you have right size, color and quantity. If you are all set to go, please set the delivery zone on your shopping cart, which will allow you to see the delivery cost (50% discount is reflected) You can check out without signing up, however, please be noted that your purchasing is not saved as mileage unless you join us!
Credit Card or Sending Funds through Paypal - Paypal account is not neccessary
We accept payment only through Paypal for customers¡¯ safety. It is secure & confident payment method and customers are protected by Paypal protection scheme. Please check out with credit card by paypal. Please follow simple steps below. If you fail to complete the payment, you can send the fund to storets@gmail.com via paypal quoting your order number. Your order will be confirmed upon the receipt of payment. Your order without payment can be cancelled without notification.
