All shipping will be made via EMS, secure and fast delivery service. You can get your fabulous storets items within 3~5 working days after dispatch of goods.
Shipping fee will be calculated by the weight and delivery zone and you can check how much you pay by adding items and setting your delivery zone on your shopping cart. This will show you discounted shipping fee( 50% off on shipping). Don't forget you get free shipping on the order over $350!
Orders will be collected from warehouse upon the receipt of cleared payment. This may take 1~3 working days. In some cases, your item may be out of stock while we proceeding the order. In this case, we normally restock the item in 2~5 days but it can be delayed to 1 week. If the item is out of stock and no schedule to restock, refund will be issued and this will be credited back to your account via paypal. Special orders are dispatched in 7~15 working days.
Once we dispatch the package, you will be received delivery confirmation email along with tracking number, which will allow you to track the package online. Please keep this tracking number with you for your reference and contact your local post office if delivery is delayed. storets is not responsible for unclaimed & returned package due to insufficient address, absence of attendance, refusal of paying custom tariff, or any incident caused by third party or customer.
For items to be sent across the border, the shipping charge covers packaging and delivery only. It is rare case, however, customs duties may be payable. We are unable to advise of these amounts and the recipient is responsible for paying this duty. Also rare case, customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery. This may cause delay to the delivery of items.
For the countries are not listed on the delivery zone, we arrange the special delivery, such as standard delivery or TNT, upon request. Shipping discount promotion will not apply on this delivery and additional fee may apply.
