Return & Exchage

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 20 days from the date your  items are dispatched with NO EXTRA CHARGE. (shipping fee may apply)

All returns must receive a prior authorization from customer service before being sent back. To request return, please contact c/s Center, stating the order number, returning item and reasons.

Final Sale, accessories, swimwear, underwear, used points, and shipping fees are not refundable. If you have benefit special promotion, such as redeemed points, shipping discount , or free shipping, this will be deducted from the refund amount. (for instant, if you received 50% off on shipping and paid $10 on shipping for order of $100 , your final refund amount will be $90. If you received freeshipping, you may require to pay a full shipping fee)

The colour of items may look different by the resolution of computer. Inner linning, sole, labels can be changed during production without prior notice and these are not considered as defect or fault.  Bleached jeans, tie dyed garments, genuine fur items are produced individually and each items can have different look as a nature of process. Damage on the surface of parcel, shoe box, is not considered as defect. Some shoes collections come in without shoeboxes and this is not considered as defect.  Measurement, or size guide are for reference only and can not be an ultimate standard. Difference in measurement, and actual fitting is not considered as defect. The number inscripted on the bottom of shoes does not indicate EU size, but a reference number within factory. 

All returing products must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition as sent.

Returned packages must include a copy of your printed invoice or order confirmation. Shipping slip on the face of your package is not an invoice and does not considered as a proof of your purchase. If you do not have your invoice, please write a note include your order number, name, address and phone number so we may contact you.

Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from the time it reaches us. storets reserve the right to reject refund & exchange request.

We are not liable for lost or untraceable returned packages. When returning any items to us, please use a registered postal delivery for your safety.

We reserve the right to deny credit or replacements and charge the customer for parts and labor if the products returned are deemed satisfactory or non-defective, or overdue the returned period. Storets reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange request against the policy.

We are not responsible for customer shipping costs to return non-defective or incorrectly ordered products. Special promotion does not applied on exchange or refund (for instance, customers may be asked for full price for shipping, exchange)

When customer purchased goods via western union,

return, refund & exchange will be credited to merchandise credit ONLY.

**Unclaimed package**

Please be alarmed when you receive 'shipping notification' as your package will be arrived within 5 days.

If you are absence, the courier(your local post office) normally leave you a message or call you to arrange the delivery.If they do not receive any notice from you, they send the package to us after certain days passed. This days are varied by the countries, so please contact your local post office for more detail.
storets is not responsible for returning package due to your absence.
In case of the returned package due to unclaimed, incorrect address, refusal to claim or pay custom tariff, or any fault caused by customers or third party, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.  So please make sure you keep track the package.

**Undelivered or Lost Package**

In case of lost, you can issue a lost package to our courier and you will get a full refund. storets will do the dirty work for you, so all you can do is ask us for issuing lost package. However, this does not mean storets is responsible for the lost items, but  issuing lost package on behalf of you.  Please allow 2 weeks for the refund and  this claim should be issued within 1 month from the day you purchased.

wrong item-if you receive the wrong item(wrong color, size, or style) or defect items, please contact 1:1 care center. If it is proved to be a wrong item or defected items, full refund and a partial shipping fee (as to the item) will be made. Please keep the picture of wrong items and keep this picture as a proof of your refund. This picture also needs to be sent to storets.

Shipping Fee Reduction (PROMOTION)

Storets pay half of customers' shipping cost and the reduction is reflected on shipping fee.

Selected countries(Where EMS can reach), Limited time only

In case of refund or exchange, customers are required to pay full payment of shipping.

Item Price & Shipping Cost

Item Price & Shipping Cost can be changed according to the currency rate without prior notice.

Customers have responsibility to pay custom tariff once it is issued.  

We sometimes send our package via registered mail instead of EMS upon customer's request. In this case, customers have full responsibility of lost, missing, & damaged package.
